AAMG is designed to help individuals and their authorized Profile Managers organize and make selected information accessible when it may be needed. Because an AAM Profile may contain personal information about someone other than the person managing the account, Profile Managers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate authority or permission to provide and manage that information.
By using AAMG services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Additional terms governing the use of AAMG services are provided in our Terms & Conditions.
Information We Collect
To provide AAMG products and services, we may collect information in several ways, including information provided during a purchase, account registration, profile creation, and ongoing use of AAMG services.
Purchase and Transaction Information
When an AAM Kit or other AAMG product or service is purchased, we may collect information such as the purchaser’s name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping information, products purchased, order details, transaction information, and other information necessary to process and maintain the purchase record.
Profile Manager Information
When a Profile Manager account is created, we may collect information such as the Profile Manager’s name, email address, contact information, account credentials, and information associated with the profiles and services they are authorized to manage.
AAM Profile Information
A Profile Manager may provide information about the individual for whom an AAM Profile is created. Depending on the information the Profile Manager chooses to provide and the AAMG features being used, this may include identifying information, contact information, emergency contacts, communication needs, support information, important notes, preferences, and other information intended to assist individuals who are authorized or permitted to access the profile.
Information About Other People
A Profile Manager may enter information concerning family members, friends, emergency contacts, caregivers, service providers, or other individuals. The Profile Manager is responsible for having appropriate authority or permission to provide such information when required.
Technical and Usage Information
We may automatically collect certain technical information when AAMG websites and services are used, such as device and browser information, IP address, access dates and times, pages or features used, and other information used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services.
How We Use Information
All About Me Global uses information collected through our website, products, and services to provide, operate, maintain, protect, and improve the AAMG experience.

We may use information to:

• Process purchases, payments, orders, shipping, fulfillment, and kit activations.
• Create, maintain, authenticate, and support Profile Manager accounts.
• Create and maintain AAM Profiles and connect purchased AAM Kits to the appropriate Profile Manager and profile.
• Generate and maintain AAM identification features, including profile identification numbers, QR codes, identification cards, and related access features.
• Display or provide access to profile information according to the settings, permissions, and selections established by the Profile Manager.
• Support authorized users, successor managers, emergency contacts, family and friends, care providers, first responders, and other permitted individuals or organizations when applicable to the services selected by the Profile Manager.
• Communicate with purchasers and Profile Managers regarding purchases, account activity, kit activation, service updates, security matters, billing, and customer support.
• Maintain the security and integrity of AAMG systems, investigate suspected misuse, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, and operational requirements.
• Analyze and improve the functionality, accessibility, reliability, and user experience of AAMG products and services.

AAMG does not determine the accuracy or completeness of information entered into an AAM Profile. The Profile Manager is responsible for entering, reviewing, maintaining, and updating profile information and for using the available privacy and access controls appropriately.

Profile Information, Visibility & Access Control
AAMG Profiles are designed to allow Profile Managers to organize information and, where applicable, make selected information available to individuals who may need access to it.

The Profile Manager controls the information entered into and maintained within the AAM Profile.
The Profile Manager is responsible for determining what information to provide, keeping that information accurate and current, and managing available access and visibility settings.
Depending on the AAMG service, plan, profile configuration, and features being used, certain information may be made accessible through an AAM QR code, identification card, profile link, authorized-user access, responder access, or other AAMG access method.
Profile Managers should only place information within areas intended for broader or emergency access that they are comfortable making available to individuals who may legitimately access those areas. Information designated for restricted access will be subject to the access controls and permissions provided by AAMG.

Authorized Access
Profile Managers may be able to authorize other individuals, such as family members, friends, caregivers, emergency contacts, authorized users, successor managers, or service providers, to access or assist with portions of an AAM Profile. The Profile Manager is responsible for selecting these individuals and for adding, changing, or removing their access when appropriate.

Emergency and Responder Access
Certain AAMG features may be designed to make selected information available to first responders, emergency personnel, hospitals, or other individuals assisting the profile subject. The information available through these features is determined by the AAMG service configuration and the information supplied or designated by the Profile Manager.

Accuracy and Updates
AAMG does not independently verify every item of information submitted by a Profile Manager. Profile Managers are responsible for reviewing profile information and updating it when circumstances change.
AAMG provides the technology and tools used to store, organize, manage, and provide access to profile information. The Profile Manager remains responsible for the information they submit and for their use of the access and visibility controls provided through the service.
How and When Information May Be Shared
All About Me Global does not sell personal profile information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Information may be shared or made accessible only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, protect, and support AAMG products and services, or as otherwise directed or authorized through the Profile Manager’s use of the service.

Profile-Directed Access
Information may be made accessible to authorized users, successor managers, family members, friends, caregivers, service providers, first responders, hospitals, emergency personnel, or other individuals when access is permitted through the AAMG service, the Profile Manager’s selections, or the applicable profile configuration.

QR Codes and Identification Features
Certain information designated for accessible or emergency use may be viewed by individuals who scan an AAM QR code, use an AAM identification feature, or otherwise access an available profile interface. Profile Managers are responsible for considering the nature of information they choose to include in areas designed for this type of access.

Service Providers
AAMG may use third-party service providers to help operate its website and services, including services related to website hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment, communications, technology infrastructure, analytics, security, and customer support. These providers may process information as necessary to perform services on AAMG’s behalf and are subject to their own applicable privacy and security obligations.

Legal, Safety, and Security Requirements
AAMG may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, court orders, or lawful governmental requests; to investigate suspected fraud, misuse, or security incidents; to enforce applicable agreements; or to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of AAMG, our users, or others.

Business Changes

AAMG’s provision of technology that allows information to be accessed according to a Profile Manager’s selections or the intended functionality of an AAMG service is different from AAMG independently selling personal profile information.

AAMG uses website, account, database, payment, and security technologies provided by AAMG and its service providers to support the protection and operation of our services. However, no website, database, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Account Security
Profile Managers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized use of their accounts. Profile Managers should promptly notify AAMG if they believe their account or profile information has been accessed or used without authorization.

Access Management
Profile Managers are responsible for reviewing the individuals to whom they grant profile access and for removing or changing access when it is no longer appropriate.

Payment Security
Payment information may be processed by AAMG’s authorized payment-processing providers. AAMG does not independently require Profile Managers to re-enter payment information as part of profile activation when that information has already been collected through the applicable checkout process.

Data Retention
All About Me Global retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide AAMG products and services, maintain active accounts and profiles, fulfill orders, support customers, meet legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the security and integrity of our services.

Active Accounts and Profiles
Information associated with an active Profile Manager account or AAM Profile may be retained while the applicable account, profile, membership, or service remains active.​
Account Cancellation or Profile Removal
When a Profile Manager requests cancellation or removal of an account or profile, AAMG may delete, deactivate, anonymize, or retain certain information as appropriate, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, transaction-record, and operational requirements.​
Purchase and Transaction Records
Certain purchase, payment, order, activation, and transaction records may be retained after an account or service ends when reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.​
Information maintained in backups or archival systems may remain for a limited period until those systems are updated or overwritten according to AAMG’s applicable retention and backup practices.

Your Privacy Choices & Rights
All About Me Global provides Profile Managers with tools to review and manage information associated with their accounts and AAM Profiles. Depending on the service, account status, and applicable law, individuals may also have certain rights concerning their personal information.

Reviewing and Updating Information
Profile Managers may review and update profile information through the available AAMG account and profile-management tools. Profile Managers are responsible for keeping information accurate and current.​
Managing Access
Where available, Profile Managers may add, modify, or remove authorized users, successor managers, emergency contacts, family members, caregivers, service providers, or other individuals who have been granted access through the Profile Manager.​
Communication Preferences
Users may be able to manage certain communication and notification preferences through their account settings or by using the unsubscribe or preference-management options included in applicable communications. Certain transactional, security, account, billing, or service-related communications may still be necessary to provide AAMG services.​
Access, Correction, or Deletion Requests
Subject to applicable law and legitimate business, security, transaction-record, and legal requirements, individuals may contact AAMG to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information associated with them.​
AAMG may need to verify the identity and authority of the person making a privacy-related request before acting on the request, particularly when the request concerns an AAM Profile managed by another individual.

Children and Profiles Managed for Others

AAMG recognizes that a Profile Manager may create and manage an AAM Profile for a child, dependent, family member, or another individual who needs assistance managing their information.

Authority to Create and Manage a Profile
By creating or managing an AAM Profile for another person, the Profile Manager represents that they have the appropriate authority, permission, consent, or other lawful basis to provide and manage that individual’s information through AAMG.

Profiles for Children
When a Profile Manager creates or manages a profile for a minor, the Profile Manager is responsible for determining that they have the appropriate parental, guardian, or other legal authority to provide and manage the child’s information and to make applicable decisions concerning profile access and visibility.

Profiles for Adults Managed by Another Person
When an AAM Profile is managed on behalf of another adult, the Profile Manager is responsible for having the appropriate permission or authority to provide and manage that individual’s information.

Information and Visibility Decisions
The Profile Manager is responsible for deciding what information to enter, maintaining its accuracy, and using the access and visibility controls provided by AAMG. This includes considering carefully what information is appropriate to make available through QR codes, identification features, emergency-access features, authorized-user access, or other profile-access methods.
AAMG may request additional information or verification when reasonably necessary to confirm a Profile Manager’s identity or authority, protect an individual’s privacy or safety, investigate a dispute, or comply with applicable law.
