Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 18, 2026

Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to All About Me Global. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products, websites, accounts, profiles, QR-enabled identification features, membership services, and other products and services provided by All About Me Global LLC (“AAMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing an AAMG product or service, creating or using an AAMG account, activating an AAM Kit, creating or managing an AAM Profile, or otherwise using AAMG services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you create or manage an AAM Profile for another individual, you also represent that you have the appropriate authority, permission, consent, or other lawful basis to provide and manage information concerning that individual.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create, activate, access, or use an AAM Profile or related AAMG services.

About All About Me Global

All About Me Global provides identification, information-management, profile-access, and related tools designed to help individuals and their authorized Profile Managers organize and make selected information accessible when it may be needed.

Depending on the AAMG product, service, or membership selected, features may include QR-enabled identification, AAM identification cards, Profile Manager tools, emergency and support information, authorized-user access, successor-management features, travel-related information, care-related information, and other profile-management services.

AAMG is an information and access platform. AAMG is not an emergency response service, medical provider, healthcare provider, law-enforcement agency, or substitute for calling 911 or another appropriate emergency service.

AAMG does not guarantee that a particular first responder, hospital, healthcare provider, law-enforcement agency, organization, or other person will access, use, or rely upon an AAM Profile during any particular event or emergency.

Purchases, AAM Kits & Activation

AAMG products and services may be purchased through the AAMG website or through other purchasing methods authorized by All About Me Global.

Purchase Records
Each purchase is associated with the purchaser information provided during checkout, including applicable name, email address, order information, products or services purchased, quantities, and transaction details. Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout.

Kit and Service Entitlements
The type and quantity of AAM Kits, memberships, or services available for activation are determined by AAMG’s applicable purchase and order records. A user may not obtain additional kit, membership, or service entitlements merely by entering or claiming purchase information during profile activation.

Profile Manager Accounts
A purchaser may be required to create or sign in to an authorized AAM Profile Manager account before activating a purchased kit or creating an AAM Profile. One Profile Manager account may manage multiple eligible AAM Profiles when permitted by the applicable purchases and AAMG services.

Kit Activation
Each eligible AAM Kit may be associated with an individual AAM Profile through the activation process. A Profile Manager who purchases multiple kits may activate them at different times. Purchased kits that have not yet been activated may remain associated with the applicable account or purchase record as pending activation.

Responsibility for Activation
The purchaser and/or authorized Profile Manager is responsible for completing the activation and profile-creation process required to use applicable AAMG profile services. Purchasing an AAM Kit alone does not complete the creation of an AAM Profile.

Account and Purchase Verification
AAMG may use purchase information, purchaser email addresses, account information, activation records, or other reasonable verification methods to confirm eligibility to activate a kit, create a profile, or access applicable services.

AAMG may restrict, suspend, or investigate an attempted activation when purchase eligibility, account ownership, authorization, or other relevant information cannot reasonably be verified.

Profile Manager Responsibilities & Information Accuracy

The Profile Manager is responsible for the information entered, maintained, selected, and managed within each AAM Profile under their control.

Accuracy of Information
Profile Managers are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge and for reviewing and updating profile information when circumstances change. AAMG does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or current status of every item of information submitted to an AAM Profile.

Authority to Manage a Profile
When creating or managing an AAM Profile for another individual, the Profile Manager represents that they have the appropriate authority, permission, consent, or other lawful basis to provide and manage that individual’s information.

Information Selection and Visibility
Profile Managers are responsible for deciding what information to enter into an AAM Profile and for appropriately using the access and visibility controls made available through AAMG. Certain information selected or designated for accessible or emergency use may be available through QR codes, AAM identification features, profile links, responder-access features, or other applicable AAMG services.

Profile Managers should carefully consider the nature of information they place within portions of an AAM Profile designed to be accessible to others.

Authorized Users and Other Access
Where supported by the applicable AAMG service, Profile Managers may grant, modify, or remove access for authorized users, successor managers, family members, friends, caregivers, service providers, or other permitted individuals. The Profile Manager is responsible for selecting these individuals and reviewing or removing their access when it is no longer appropriate.

Account Credentials
Profile Managers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and should not knowingly permit unauthorized individuals to use their login credentials.

Information Concerning Other People
When a Profile Manager provides information concerning emergency contacts, family members, caregivers, service providers, or other individuals, the Profile Manager is responsible for having any permission or authority required to provide that information.

AAMG’s Role
AAMG provides the technology and tools used to store, organize, manage, and provide access to profile information. AAMG is responsible for operating its services in accordance with these Terms and applicable law; however, AAMG is not responsible for determining what personal information a Profile Manager chooses to enter, whether information supplied by a Profile Manager is accurate or current, or whether a Profile Manager appropriately exercises authority they claim to possess.

QR Codes, Emergency Access & No Guarantee of Emergency Response

AAMG may provide QR codes, identification cards, profile links, and other identification or access features designed to help make selected AAM Profile information available when it may be needed.

QR Code and Identification Access
An AAM QR code or other identification feature may allow an individual who scans or accesses it to view information designated for that level of access. Profile Managers are responsible for carefully selecting, entering, and maintaining information intended to be available through these features.

Emergency and Responder Access
Certain AAMG services may be designed to assist first responders, law-enforcement personnel, hospitals, healthcare personnel, caregivers, family members, or other individuals in locating selected information concerning a profile subject. Availability of information depends on the applicable AAMG service, profile configuration, information supplied by the Profile Manager, system availability, and the method by which the profile is accessed.

AAMG Is Not an Emergency Response Service
AAMG does not provide emergency dispatch, emergency medical treatment, law-enforcement services, medical diagnosis, medical advice, or emergency monitoring. AAMG should not be used as a substitute for contacting 911 or another appropriate emergency service when immediate assistance is required.

No Guarantee That a Profile Will Be Accessed
AAMG cannot guarantee that a first responder, law-enforcement officer, hospital, healthcare professional, caregiver, bystander, or other person will notice, scan, access, review, understand, rely upon, or act upon an AAM QR code, identification card, profile, or information contained within it.

No Guarantee of Connectivity or Availability
Access to AAMG services may depend on factors outside AAMG’s control, including internet or cellular connectivity, compatible devices, third-party technology, power availability, browser functionality, QR-scanning capability, and other technical conditions. AAMG therefore cannot guarantee uninterrupted or immediate access in every location or circumstance.

Information Provided by Profile Managers
Individuals accessing an AAM Profile should understand that profile information is generally supplied and maintained by the applicable Profile Manager. AAMG does not independently confirm that every item of profile information is complete, accurate, current, or appropriate for a particular emergency or circumstance.

Professional Judgment Remains Independent
Information available through an AAM Profile is intended to provide additional information that may be useful. It is not intended to replace the independent judgment, professional protocols, assessment, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or legal obligations of emergency personnel, healthcare professionals, law-enforcement personnel, or other professionals.

Memberships, Billing, Renewals & Cancellation

Certain AAMG products and services may include recurring membership or subscription services. Applicable pricing, billing frequency, included features, and other purchase terms will be presented when the applicable product or service is purchased.

Recurring Billing
When a Profile Manager purchases a recurring AAMG membership or subscription, the applicable payment method may be charged automatically at the stated billing interval until the service is canceled or otherwise terminated, subject to the terms presented at purchase.

Renewals
Recurring memberships may automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date. Profile Managers are responsible for reviewing their membership and billing information and managing renewal or cancellation through the account-management options provided by AAMG.

Upgrades and Downgrades
Where available, Profile Managers may be permitted to upgrade or downgrade an AAMG membership or service. Changes in price, features, billing dates, credits, or other terms resulting from an upgrade or downgrade will be handled according to the terms presented when the change is requested.

Cancellation
Profile Managers may cancel eligible recurring services using the cancellation options provided through AAMG or by contacting AAMG through an available support method. Cancellation of recurring billing does not necessarily require immediate deletion of the Profile Manager account or associated profile information.

Effect of Membership Changes or Cancellation
Some AAMG features may depend upon an active membership or service level. If a membership expires, is canceled, downgraded, or otherwise becomes inactive, access to certain features may be limited or discontinued. AAMG will determine continued availability of applicable features according to the service associated with the account.

Payment Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Profile Managers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information when required for an active paid service.

Pricing and Service Changes
AAMG may change pricing, membership features, or service offerings from time to time. When required, reasonable notice will be provided before changes affecting an existing recurring subscription take effect.

Purchases, Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Orders and Purchases
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information before completing a purchase, including the products or services selected, quantity, purchaser information, shipping information, and applicable charges.

Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by AAMG. AAMG may review, decline, cancel, or refund an order when reasonably necessary because of payment issues, suspected fraud, product availability, pricing or technical errors, inability to fulfill the order, or other legitimate business reasons

.

Shipping and Delivery
Physical AAMG products will be shipped according to the shipping options, estimated delivery information, and applicable charges presented during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping and delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, address errors, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside AAMG's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or requested reshipment may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.

Returns and Refunds
Eligibility for returns, replacements, cancellations, or refunds will be determined according to the AAMG return and refund policy applicable to the product or service purchased and any terms presented at the time of purchase.

Certain products or services may have different return or refund eligibility because of their nature, including products that have been personalized, assigned, activated, produced specifically for an individual, or connected to an AAM Profile. Any applicable restrictions will be disclosed in the relevant return/refund policy or purchase terms.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Customers should contact AAMG within a reasonable period after delivery if an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered. AAMG may request reasonable information or photographs necessary to evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Digital and Membership Services
Refund eligibility for memberships, subscriptions, activation services, digital services, or other nonphysical services may differ from policies applicable to physical merchandise and will be governed by the applicable purchase terms and AAMG policies.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Prohibited Uses, Suspension & Termination

AAMG products, accounts, profiles, QR codes, identification features, and services must be used only for lawful and authorized purposes.

Prohibited Uses
Users and Profile Managers may not use AAMG services to:

• Create or manage a profile for another person without appropriate authority, permission, consent, or other lawful basis.
• Knowingly provide false, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawfully obtained information.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent their identity, authority, or relationship to a profile subject.
• Access, attempt to access, modify, interfere with, or obtain information from an account or profile without authorization.
• Share, misuse, or exploit account credentials, QR codes, profile information, or access privileges for an unauthorized or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass AAMG security measures, access controls, account restrictions, or profile permissions.
• Use AAMG services to harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, harm, or unlawfully monitor another person.
• Introduce malicious code or intentionally interfere with the security, availability, or operation of AAMG systems.
• Use AAMG products or services in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.

Suspension or Restriction of Access
AAMG may temporarily restrict or suspend an account, profile, activation, QR-enabled feature, or other service when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized access, misuse, a security concern, disputed authority over a profile, violation of these Terms, nonpayment of an applicable service, or circumstances that may threaten AAMG, a profile subject, a user, or another person.

Termination
AAMG may terminate an account or service for material or repeated violations of these Terms, fraudulent or unlawful activity, serious misuse of AAMG services, or other circumstances in which continued service would create an unreasonable legal, security, operational, or safety risk.

When reasonably appropriate, AAMG may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue before permanent termination. Immediate restriction or suspension may occur when AAMG reasonably determines that prompt action is necessary to protect an individual, account, information, or the AAMG platform.

Suspension or termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before the effective date of the suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, designs, graphics, logos, text, software, website features, profile interfaces, identification materials, and other content made available by All About Me Global are owned by or licensed to AAMG and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

AAMG Names and Branding
The All About Me Global name, AAMG name, logos, product names, designs, slogans, and other identifying marks may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without authorization from AAMG, except as permitted by applicable law.

AAMG Products and Services
Purchase of an AAM Kit, membership, identification card, QR-enabled product, or other AAMG product or service does not transfer ownership of AAMG’s underlying intellectual property, technology, software, designs, branding, or proprietary materials.

Permitted Personal Use
Users may use AAMG products, identification materials, accounts, profiles, and related services for their intended personal or authorized purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User-Provided Information
Profile Managers and users retain their applicable rights in information and content they provide to AAMG. By submitting information necessary to provide an AAMG service, the user authorizes AAMG and its service providers to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use that information to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and provide the applicable AAMG services.

This authorization does not transfer ownership of the user’s personal information to AAMG and is subject to AAMG’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Unauthorized Use
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative products or services from AAMG technology, proprietary materials, or protected content except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services Provided as Available
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AAMG products, websites, accounts, profiles, QR-enabled features, identification features, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AAMG does not guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, continuously available, or compatible with every device, browser, network, scanner, or third-party technology.

Profile Information
Information contained within an AAM Profile is generally supplied, selected, and maintained by the applicable Profile Manager. AAMG does not independently verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of every item of profile information.

Emergency Situations
AAMG does not guarantee that an identification card, QR code, AAM Profile, or other AAMG feature will be noticed, scanned, accessed, available, reviewed, understood, relied upon, or acted upon during an emergency or other circumstance. AAMG services are not substitutes for emergency services, professional medical care, law-enforcement assistance, or other appropriate professional services.

Third-Party Actions
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AAMG is not responsible for independent decisions or actions taken by first responders, healthcare professionals, hospitals, law-enforcement personnel, caregivers, authorized users, Profile Managers, service providers, or other third parties based upon—or without reference to—information available through an AAM Profile.

Profile Manager Decisions
AAMG is not responsible for losses or claims resulting from inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, unauthorized, or improperly disclosed information supplied by a Profile Manager, or from a Profile Manager’s decisions concerning authorized users, access permissions, or information visibility, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AAMG and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon AAMG products or services.

Any limitation or exclusion of liability contained in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any non-waivable rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law.

Indemnification & Responsibility for Misuse

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, users and Profile Managers agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from their unlawful or unauthorized use of AAMG products or services, their material violation of these Terms, or information they submit or manage without appropriate authority or permission.

Where permitted by applicable law, users and Profile Managers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All About Me Global LLC and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from third-party claims arising from:

• Information knowingly submitted or managed without appropriate authority, permission, consent, or other lawful basis.
• A Profile Manager’s unauthorized disclosure or misuse of another individual’s information.
• Unauthorized access granted by a Profile Manager to another individual.
• Fraudulent, unlawful, or intentionally improper use of an AAM account, profile, QR code, identification feature, or other AAMG service.
• A material violation of these Terms or applicable law by the user or Profile Manager.

This provision does not require a user or Profile Manager to indemnify AAMG for conduct or liability that cannot lawfully be shifted to the user, including liability attributable to AAMG where applicable law prohibits such limitation or transfer.

General Legal Terms

Governing Law
These Terms and the use of AAMG products and services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms, together with the AAMG Privacy Policy and any additional policies, purchase terms, membership terms, or service-specific terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the applicable agreement between the user and AAMG concerning the use of AAMG products and services.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver
AAMG’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or AAMG’s right to enforce it in the future.

Assignment
Users may not transfer or assign their AAMG account, Profile Manager responsibilities, or rights under these Terms except through an AAMG-supported authorization, successor-management, or account-transfer process where available. AAMG may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

Changes to These Terms
AAMG may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date displayed at the top of this page will identify the most recent revision.

Changes affecting existing recurring services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any applicable purchase or membership terms.

Electronic Communications
By using AAMG services, users acknowledge that certain account, purchase, activation, billing, security, and service-related communications may be provided electronically, subject to applicable law and the communication preferences available through AAMG.
