Every All About Me™ kit provides a simple physical connection to a personalized All About Me™ digital profile, helping important personal and emergency information remain accessible when it matters most.

Each kit includes the same core identification items: an All About Me™ Identification Pouch, QR Identification Badge with Lanyard, and QR Identification Wristband, along with activation and setup information. The QR identification system provides a convenient way for authorized helpers to access the information made available through the member's All About Me™ profile.

The difference between Basic, Travel, and Premium Care is not the physical contents of the kit—it is the level and purpose of the profile and services connected to it.

Basic provides the essential All About Me™ profile experience for everyday identification and access to important personal and emergency information.

Travel adds travel-focused capabilities for individuals and families who may be away from home and want relevant information available during trips and unexpected situations.

Premium Care provides the most comprehensive All About Me™ experience, designed for those who want expanded care, safety, emergency, and personal-information capabilities and ongoing support.

Whichever level is selected, the physical identification kit provides the recognizable connection between the individual and their All About Me™ profile. The selected plan determines the digital features, services, and level of support available behind that connection.

Return & Refund PolicyWe want you to feel confident in your All About Me™ purchase. Unused and unactivated physical kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Because each All About Me™ kit contains unique identification components that may be connected to an individual profile, kits that have been activated, registered, personalized, or linked to a profile are not eligible for return or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Any subscription or ongoing digital service associated with an All About Me™ profile is subject to the cancellation terms applicable to that service and is separate from the return of the physical kit.

Shipping InformationAll About Me™ kits are carefully prepared and shipped after your order is received. In-stock orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.
